PA Public Commission reverses Administrative Law Judge, John M. Coogan’s, decision to deny PPL’s Petition to enter into its Phase II Distributed Energy Resource Management Plan.
The Commission’s decision will allow PPL to actively monitor and control any residential solar system on PPL’s system. This active control is an invasion of customers’ privacy and control over their own renewable systems.
